Distracted Synopsis

What's wrong with 9-year old Jesse? He can't sit still, he acts out in school, he raps, and you can't get him into-- or out of-- his pajamas. His teacher suggests he has Attention Deficit Disorder. Dad says, "He's just a boy." Is Jesse dysfunctional or just different? Join Mama on her journey as she shares her story and experiences with the audience all from the stage. You will laugh. You may cry. You will empathise or you will disagree with certain viewpoints. You may be compelled to grow in compassion for Mama, Jesse and Dad as her story unfolds. You will be confronted with the question, "Are we so tuned into our 24/7 info-rich world, that we've tuned out what really matters?"
